Tell the EPA: Ban Atrazine!

Atrazine is one of the most widely used and most troublesome endocrine-disrupting pesticides in the U.S. More than 60 million pounds of it are sprayed on American crops each year, second to only Monsanto’s glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup.

Europe recently banned this endocrine-disrupting weed killer and it’s time for the U.S. to follow suit.

Add your name to EWG’s petition and urge the Environmental Protection Agency to ban atrazine once and for all!

While I applaud the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for its recent report recognizing the ecological risks of the pesticide atrazine, I believe that EPA now has a responsibility to protect the American people from this dangerous endocrine-disrupting substance and ban its use once and for all.

Please protect the health of our environment and the American people and ban atrazine.
